1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The eyewear must be unused, unworn, and in its original, resalable condition.
  • All original packaging, cases, cleaning cloths, and protective films must be intact and included.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Prescription lenses customized to your specifications.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email m15811156167@163.com with your order number and reason for return. Photos are required.
  2. Get Approved: If eligible, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship without this number.
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely with all accessories. Include the RMA number inside the package. Use a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  • For exchanges due to a defective or incorrect item, contact us with photos. For a style change, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order at shop.growthjack.store.
